There is a lot of open land in Kansas. It is famous for oil fields and dust bowls in the great depression. It has been called the start of tornado alley because of the fact that many large windstorms originate here. The sale of the property happens in the courthouse in the county where the property is located and depending upon the actual size of the property, the right of redemption can range from sic to twelve months for the borrowers to clear up the default.
